New Settings Window

Settings now can run in its own window, no longer a tab in Chrome. The tab is still available but not easy to get to.

    So ya try it how i did it was go to settings and go to about chrome OS and then there is a thing that says check for updates and then it updates your laptop it takes 1 or 2 minuets so ya maby you can try it my way and i MIGHT work
