Update 9/19/16: New Launcher UI
Today, Google released a new launcher UI, which is a new, simpler design. The Launcher button is now round with a circle in the middle instead of the old square with magnifying glass.
The launcher also features a new "All Apps" button, now rounded with an arrow that flows down, instead of a new screen.
