New launcher + Font changes +Icon Changes

Chrome OS got a new launcher, featuring a more OS X Yosemite-like update. Instead of the launcher being a small rectangle in the bottom-left, it is now front and center. The files app now has a blue theme. The font has been updated to a font similar to Jesaya UltraLight.
